About Namaste Yoga Center - Who We Are
Executive Director Justina Schacht
Justina is a graduate of the Namaste Yoga Center teacher training program,
the Himalayan Institute's 500 hour teacher training program and a
certified Ayurvedic Health Educator. She continues her education
with nationally, and internationally, known Yoga teachers and is
continuing her Ayurveda studies.
Teacher Nancy Long
Nancy has been practicing Yoga for over 30 years and teaching since
1995. She is certified by the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science
and Philosophy. In 2003 she became Namaste’s Director. Nancy teaches Yoga
for Teens, Foundation Classes, General and Experienced Classes, Introduction
to Meditation, and other special classes. She teaches individuals
and also directs the Teacher Training program.
Teacher Kristal Perry-Guitierrez
Kristal has been practicing Yoga since 1995 and completed Namaste's teacher training in 1997. She developed the Namaste pregnancy class and was certified as a YogaKids® teacher in 1999. She teaches the pre-natal, Yoga Babies, Kids (3-6) classes.

Mary Addison-Lamb, M.A.
Integrative Yoga Therapist
Mary has been practicing Yoga for over 40 years while being a student, administrator and teacher in higher education. In 1989 she started teaching Yoga and opened Namaste in 1991. In 1995 she became an Integrative Yoga Therapist. She was Director until 2003 when she returned to the University of Illinois at Springfield to teach full time in the Liberal Studies Online Program. Mary leads occasional workshops and retreats.
