Practice Rugs
A popular item is the beautiful Mysore practice rug, handloomed in India, 100% cotton, eco-friendly, completely biodegradable, and PVC free. These decorative and tightly woven cotton rugs are considered to be the first mats ever used for Yoga practice in India. They feel great on bare feet and when you are flat on your face, they are soft on your nose!

We have beautifully colored Yoga mat bags and duffels made in India from an exotic assortment of traditional Indian patterns, solid colored cotton canvas, jacquard, and 100% hemp fabric. They are large enough to hold a sticky mat and a Mysore practice rug and look great slung across your back!

Recently, our most popular item is the Neti Pot™ complete with sea salt! Currently, we offer ceramic and non-breakable pots. Namaste also offers two forms of Net-Wash Plus designed to support the health of your sinuses and immune system.
Books and CDs
If you are interested in learning more about Yoga Nidra, you will want a copy of Richard Miller’s book, “Yoga Nidra, the Meditative Heart of Yoga.” Students enrolled in the Yoga Sutra class may purchase "Enlightened Living," the translation of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras used in the Namaste class. Several CDs used for the Yoga Nidra class are also available.
BodySense Products
